Internal Medicine

Doctors of Internal Medicine or Internists specialize in adult healthcare and work to prevent, find and treat illnesses. Ready to care for any adult sickness, our physician spent three years of residency learning about adults. Dr. Jarvis interprets esophageal manometry and pH testing. He also performs diagnostic upper endoscopy and colonoscopy. Dr. Jarvis visits patients in the hospital, office and nursing homes. As Internist, our medical team often cares for patients in collaboration with other doctors. That gives internist the nickname of “The Doctor’s Doctor.”
